    About Nature Bathing

Nature Bathing (遊沐) is a social enterprise founded in 2017 that connects people with nature to enhance mental and social well-being and promote sustainability. We design and deliver a range of nature-based programs and projects with schools, corporates and communities, from one-off experiences to long-term initiatives that integrate nature into everyday life.

We also provide training and consultancy for educators, NGOs and corporate partners, and our approach is supported by research evidence from local tertiary institutions such as PolyU. Our programs and projects have supported over 20,000 participants in Hong Kong, including more than 750 families through our flagship 3-year Nature Playground project (www.natureplayground.hk).

    About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead a 3-year funded project that helps kindergartens in Hong Kong use nature to support children's emotional and social well-being. The main goal is to bring nature education into kindergartens so that children’s well-being improves and schools build long-term capacity to continue this work.

A background in education or nature is not a must – sector knowledge can be learned on the job. Your main role is to connect people, keep the project on track and communicate its impact, so that nature education becomes a sustainable part of school life in Hong Kong.

    Our Values

    • People First: We center our colleagues and partners in all we do.

    • Passion for Impact: We are driven by a shared passion to serve diverse communities and make society a better place.
    • Innovate for Good: We tackle social problems with creative and innovative approaches.
    • Grow Together: We are committed to each other's personal and professional learning and growth.
    • Work in Harmony: We have a relaxed working environment, often enriched by time spent in nature.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Project Leadership: Plan and manage the day-to-day implementation of the funded project, ensuring alignment with the goals, timelines and deliverables
    • Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with funders, kindergartens and community partners
    • Impact Reporting and writing: Lead on high-quality written reports, proposals and documentation that clearly communicate progress, learning and impact to funders and stakeholders
    • Strategic and operational planning: Develop and monitor project plans, budgets and timelines, and coordinate the team and resources to deliver key milestones
    • Social Media Management and Publicity: Develop and implement social media content strategies and manage the project website
    • Other duties as assigned by management

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or above
    • At least 3 years of experience in project management, stakeholder coordination or related roles
    • Strong written communication skills in Chinese and English, and ability to structure ideas clearly for different audiences
    • Good interpersonal skills and confidence in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders
    • Highly organised, able to multitask, prioritise and work independently within a small, collaborative team
    • Passion for social impact and improving the well-being of children and families in Hong Kong
    • Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English; good command of MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel

    Good to have

    • Experience managing funded projects, grants or cross-sector collaborations
    • Experience in education, social welfare or NGO settings
    • Interest in nature education and well-being
    • Experience in client / partnership relationship management
    • Flexibility to work outdoors and on occasional weekends / public holidays for programmes or events

    Contract Details & Benefits

    • Duration: March 2026 - Feb 2027 (1-year contract, with the possibility of extension)
    • Full-time: 5-day work week with occasional weekend work
    • Collaborative, flexible, and open-minded culture that values your ideas and contributions
