Nature Bathing (遊沐) is a social enterprise committed to connecting people with nature to enhance well-being and promote sustainability. We offer evidence-based, immersive nature experiences that include long-term community and school projects focused on youth and family empowerment, teacher training, and curriculum development. Our tailored initiatives serve schools, corporations, and non-profit organizations, helping individuals of all ages de-stress, recharge, and improve mental and social health. With over 20,000 people positively impacted, including children, parents, teachers, and elderly, our scientifically backed nature-based approach is supported by research collaborations with Hong Kong Polytechnic University. About the Role

You will work closely with our co-founders and program team to plan and execute impactful projects as well as maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients and other stakeholders, including schools and NGOs.

The role begins with a half-time schedule in October, transitioning to full-time from November to January. It is well-suited for candidates passionate about social innovation, nature education, or well-being.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

• Manage day-to-day operations and deliverables of funded projects, including stakeholder communication, event planning, and project reporting
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships and assist in identifying new business opportunities
• Responsible for social media management
• Assist with operations, administration, and finance tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant discipline
• 3+ years of experience in project management or related roles
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
• Passion for social impact and positive societal change
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Competent in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Good to have:

• Experience managing funded projects and drafting funding proposals
• Background in kindergarten or early childhood education
• Experience in client relationship management
• Flexibility to work outdoors, on weekends, and during public holidays
  

Contract Details & Benefits:

• Duration: 4 months (October 2025 - January 2026)
• Workload: Half-time in October, full-time November to January
• Full-time schedule: 5-day work week with 1 day work-from-home
